MXGP 2025 : Cashless

Your MXGP entry bracelet becomes a CASHLESS payment method

You can now create and pre-load your cashless account with the amount of your choice. This account is linked to your entry to the MXGP of France. For each restaurant/refreshment stand (excluding shopping villages), controllers scan the chip on your bracelet with a payment terminal, allowing transactions to be finalized in a few seconds

You can recharge your bracelet at cashless counters, and if a balance remains after the event, you can request a refund directly on the website.

FAQ Cashless

How do I recover my Cashless bracelet?

If you have pre-loaded your cashless account, your bracelet will be given to you when your ticket is scanned at the circuit entrances. If no pre-loading has been carried out before your arrival, you can go to cashless banks to collect a bracelet that you can credit by cash, bank card or checks. You can then create your cashless account using the number written on the bracelet chip.

This bracelet will be the only means of payment accepted on the site for drinks and the catering area (not for clothing or accessories stands)

You can pay for your bracelet load in cash and credit card at cashless counters, or online.

Before the event, you can recharge online by creating an account on the Moto Club website.

When purchasing your ticket, you can pre-load your account by choosing the desired amount, just after entering your first and last names.

During the event you can recharge your bracelet in two ways:
– with your smartphone on the website.
– at the “cashless counters” present on the site.

You can top up your account as many times as you want, before and during the event.

If you have created a cashless account before the event, you can request to have your bracelet blocked by going to a cashless counter. You can create your account: either before your arrival by entering your ticket number, a bracelet will then be given to you when your ticket is scanned on the day/ or after your ticket is scanned at the circuit entrances, you will have the possibility of going to a cashless counter so that a bracelet will be given to you. This identification operation is necessary to allow your bracelet to be blocked. If you have not created a cashless account, blocking will be impossible.

By creating an account, you will be able to:

– view your bracelet balance and transaction history.
– register your Bank Card for faster reloading.
– block your bracelet and obtain a new one in the event of loss or theft.
– recharge before the event via the website.
– obtain reimbursement of your balance at the end of the event.

Please note that creating an online account remains optional and can be done whenever you wish.

It is possible to recover the money remaining on your bracelet after the event if the balance is greater than €0.5. To do this, log in to your account and check that your balance appears correctly. You can then request a refund and enter the credit card on which the money will be credited.

If your balance does not appear, check that your bracelet is correctly linked to your account: the 6-letter identifier must be indicated next to your email address.

If you have not created an account, you can do so using the 6-letter identifier on your bracelet. Please note: do not use the barcode from your ticket to create the account, as it is not linked to the card given to you at the “cashless counter”.
